John has spent the past 27 years building ENI Manufacturing into the company it is today. He is proud of its past and excited for its future. In John’s eyes, the key to ENI’s success is fostering and building each other up to be better people.

Rick’s 50-year career has spanned diverse industries, including construction, manufacturing and engineering. His most recent position was at Naylor Love, where he was Chief Executive for 11 years. Rick is a Director of Port Otago and a founding trustee of industry-led charitable trust Construction Health and Safety New Zealand. He is a member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand.

Dave has a long-standing career in International Business Development, spanning more than 30 years. He has worked with some of Christchurch’s leading exporters like, Tait Electronics, Dynamic Controls and HamiltonJet. 

Jeremey is a Qualified Sheet Metal Tradesman and has spent 25 years with ENI. He has been an instrumental part in the development of the Engineering Design team and is an integral part in the future growth plans of ENI.

Josh is a Qualified Engineer with experience in product development and design for manufacturing. He is passionate about ENI and its customers, and building mutually beneficial partnerships where all parties succeed.

Thomas provides the team with the tools to make informed decisions through his extensive financial and data analytics skillset. Thomas is a finance professional with 15 years of hands-on experience across multiple industries in Austria, Germany, London, and New Zealand. 

Danny leads ENI Manufacturing’s operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. He is a strong people leader with a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA. Passionate about organisational development and operational excellence, Danny drives ENI to deliver world-class engineering solutions to its customers.
